Please note that Martin House Dolls uses an outside shipping company and a credit card processing company to deliver your order and bill you for that order. These companies are permitted to use such information solely to process and deliver your order and are not permitted to retain, share, store or use such information for any other purpose.

2. Changing Information

You can easily change any of the information you have been asked to provide by Martin House Dolls. You can also permanently remove your information from the Martin House Dolls database. You can send an email to satisfy these matters.

3. Security Policy

The confidentiality of our customers. information is of the utmost importance to us. Martin House Dolls has security measures in place to prevent the loss, misuse and alteration of the information that we obtain from you.

4. Taxes

6% GST will be added to all Canadian orders. An additional 8% PST will be added to all Ontario orders. There are no taxes charged on orders being shipped to the US or overseas.

5. Type of Payment

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.

6. Items on Sale

All sale items are considered final sales, sorry no returns or exchanges.

7. Shipping Policies

If you require your order for Christmas, please contact us. There may be additional shipping costs in order to get your order to you in time for Christmas.

Currently our system is set up to charge shipping per item.  For Canada, it is $10 per item and for the US is $15 per item.  Obviously, depending on the item(s), the shipping charges seem very high or even too low.  Please feel free to contact us for an exact shipping quote.  We can then process your order directly through the store (in Cdn dollars only) or through Paypal (in US or Cdn dollars).  Overseas orders can also be handled this way by contacting us directly.

We ship all orders via Canada Post. Canadian deliveries will take between 2-6 business days. US deliveries take between 6-10 business days. For international orders, please contact us for a shipping quote. Martin House Dolls is not responsible for any possible duty or brokerage fees incurred for international shipments.

We package your order very carefully to ensure that nothing arrives to you broken. If a courier is responsible for damages, please contact us immediately so a claim can be filed and a replacement sent.

8. Returns

We carefully inspect and pack all parcels before we ship. If you are not completely satisfied, we will gladly offer an exchange or store credit (for 100 days). There are no refunds. It is the customer's responsibility to check merchandise upon receipt, including items in sealed boxes. You must call for return authorization and shipping instructions within 2 days of receiving you merchandise. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Any charges incurred, such as brokerage fees will be charged back to the customer. All returns must have a return authorization number from Martin House Dolls.
